Manzama, a global leader in market intelligence and current awareness for professional services firms, today announced its first quarter results which included adding a record number of new clients and strong retention of their growing client base in both the U.S. and the U.K.
Ten new firms have chosen to subscribe to the industry-leading platform since the beginning of the year. These firms include, among others, Reed Smith, Lewis Brisbois, Clark Hill and Porter Wright. In addition, the company reported a 100% customer retention rate for the first quarter.
Helping to drive these results was the release of the company’s newest offering, Manzama Signals®, a software solution specifically designed to enable professional services firms to make better informed, data-driven business development decisions. Manzama Signals leverages the latest techniques in artificial intelligence and deep machine learning to enable users to obtain meaningful and actionable insights highlighting critical factors impacting corporate health as well as opportunities within industry sectors.
In addition to Signals, Manzama also released new integrations for SharePoint and solidified its partnership with OnePlace™. the next generation Client Lifecycle Management solution for professional services, built on the Salesforce CRM platform. These latest signings reflect the continued trend of firms replacing legacy current awareness systems and adopting new ways of distributing market intelligence to their users.
“Over the past year, Manzama has focused on developing innovative new offerings, such as Signals, integrations with other industry-leading tools and providers, and enhancing the Manzama intelligence platform to improve the user experience,” commented Mark Hinkle, co-founder, and COO of Manzama. “We are very pleased to see so many firms enthusiastically embracing these new tools and the many capabilities that they provide.”
